Payment Policy
Accepted Methods
We accept wire transfer in USD, EUR and VND. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) are available with a 4% surcharge to cover processing.
Deposit Schedule
50% at confirmation, 40% at 30 days, 10% at 14 days before arrival — unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.
Currency
Prices are quoted and settled in VND by default. Exchange from other currencies to VND is available at our banker's daily rate.
Invoicing
A single VAT invoice is issued at the close of your journey, itemising all curated components.
