Mr. Daniel Ho
With nearly a decade of immersion in the tourism industry, Daniel Ho has navigated diverse roles, yet his heart remains in the Concierge sector. His tenure as Assistant Chief Concierge for international five-star hotel groups forged his master-level skills: from keen observation and flexible problem-solving to the "nothing is impossible" service mindset.
Daniel also brings profound insights into the psychology of elite clientele from his experience as a Customer Service Manager in major real estate firms. As a native of Da Nang, he is driven by a burning desire to apply international standards to resolve service "pain points" he has witnessed. D Global Travel was born from the aspiration to create greater value, elevating the culture and services of the "most livable city" to a new pinnacle.
